Understanding Behaviour in Sport

Understanding what behaviour is communicating.

Overview

Behaviour is communication — particularly in sport and physical activity settings.

This practical training explores behaviour through a neurodiversity-informed lens, helping coaches, organisations and professionals better understand communication, emotional regulation and support needs in sporting environments.

Participants will develop a stronger understanding of why behaviours may occur, how sporting environments can influence experiences, and practical approaches to improving engagement and participation.
