Overview

This introductory training provides a practical and engaging introduction to neurodiversity in sport and physical activity.

Designed for sports organisations, clubs, coaches and professionals working with children and young people, the session explores common neurodivergent profiles, strengths, barriers to participation and practical ways to improve inclusion.

Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of neurodiversity and greater confidence in creating environments where all individuals can participate, engage and thrive.
